1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using SquareEdge Tech's services ("Service"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to access our software/SaaS platforms for your internal business operations subject to your active subscription or contract. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or exploit the software for competing purposes.
3. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our platforms (including RepairSync, MedSync) are the exclusive property of SquareEdge Tech and are protected by Zimbabwean and international copyright laws.
4. Disclaimer
Our services are provided "as is." SquareEdge Tech makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding reliability or availability, although we strive for 99.9% uptime as per our SLAs.
5. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Zimbabwe.
